Transfer of Furniture
(To avoid paying the relevant customs duties on used furniture).
1- A certificate from the Mokhtar where the applicant lives testifying that he resided "legally and permanently" in Cyprus for more than three years and that he intends to move to Lebanon for good. The certificate must be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cyprus.
2- An affidavit by the applicant testifying that he resided in Cyprus for more than 3 years and that he intends to move to Lebanon for good.
3- Original Lebanese ID or civil status ‘Ikhraj kayd’
4- Original passport.
5- Detailed inventory of the furniture to be transferred, legalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cyprus,
6- Proof of residency for more than 3 years.
7- Proof of residency in Lebanon (rental agreement, utility bill, etc…)
8- Embassy fees are: €106 for the inventory
9- Photocopy of all the above-mentioned documents.
